# PrysM Tools | full description > PrysM Tools is an online document engine for businesses: create invoices, quotes, credit notes, delivery notes and personal documents (rent receipts, accommodation certificates, cancellation letters, loan agreements) in a live browser editor or from one REST API call, export them as print-ready PDFs and as compliant e-invoices (Factur-X and the national formats of Italy, Romania, Poland, Germany, Austria, Spain and the Peppol countries), store them in an EU-hosted cloud, get them paid through Stripe, PayPal or Mollie pay links with no commission, and send them on through connected apps (Gmail, Outlook, the business's own SMTP server, Shopify, WooCommerce, Odoo, Pennylane, Slack, Zapier, Make, n8n, accredited e-invoicing platforms and tax portals). Free to start; paid plans from €2.99/month. Website: https://prysm.tools · Last updated: 2026-11-03 · Short version: https://prysm.tools/llms.txt This document is written for language models and anyone who wants the complete, factual picture: what PrysM Tools does, what each plan includes (numbers taken from the product's own configuration), what it does not do, and how it compares with other invoicing tools and PDF APIs (prices read on each vendor's own pricing page on 2026-10-21). Prices are in euros as shown on https://prysm.tools/#pricing. ## 1. In one paragraph PrysM Tools turns business data into finished documents. A person fills a live editor in the browser, or a developer sends one JSON request, and gets back a print-ready PDF with correct totals, VAT, legal mentions for the issuer's country, a payment link and QR code if wanted, and, for European businesses, a compliant electronic invoice (Factur-X embedded in the PDF, plus the national XML format where one exists). In the United States and Canada it makes invoices on US Letter in US or Canadian dollars, with sales tax or GST/HST. Documents can be stored in an EU-hosted cloud with folders and history, paid online through the business's own Stripe, PayPal or Mollie account (PrysM takes no commission), emailed from the business's own Gmail or Outlook address or its own SMTP server, transmitted to tax portals and accredited platforms, synced to Odoo or Pennylane, and announced to Slack, Zapier, Make or n8n. It is used by freelancers, small businesses and teams, and by software products that need documents generated at volume. ## 2. Who it is for - **Freelancers and small businesses** who want correct invoices and quotes fast, in their customers' language, without an accounting suite. - **Teams** that share company details, clients, catalogue and templates in a workspace with roles. - **Developers and SaaS products** that need invoices, quotes, credit notes or delivery notes generated by API, in their own design (HTML/CSS + Liquid) or in a ready-made one. - **Online sellers** (Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Shopify, WooCommerce) who want an invoice for every payment and a credit note for every refund, automatically. - **Businesses facing e-invoicing obligations** (between businesses or with the public sector) in France, Belgium, Poland, Romania, Italy, Hungary, Germany, Austria, Spain and the Nordic countries. - **Businesses in the United States and Canada**: US English, Letter paper, US or Canadian dollars, one sales tax or GST/HST rate per line and the GST/HST registration number checked for Canada. Québec's QST is printed beside the GST: the editor's second tax (one click: GST 5 % + QST 9.975 %). ## 3. PDFs exported from the free editor carry a small watermark. Every account gets 20 API requests once, to try the API. - **Single document (€0.99)** unlocks one document (same type, number and client): no watermark, logo, photos, discounts, and a pay link for that invoice. - **Premium (€2.99/month)** is the editor plan: unlimited clean exports, saved company/clients/catalogue, pay links. It has no monthly API allowance (the API plans start at Cloud Pro). - **Cloud Pro, Business API, Scale** add the API allowance, PrysM Cloud storage, custom templates, webhooks and every automatic app. Every operation PrysM performs for the workspace, a document generated, a Cloud save, an email sent, an e-invoice transmitted, an accounting sync, a webhook received or sent, counts as one request of the monthly allowance; when it is used up, operations stop cleanly until it renews or the plan grows. - **Enterprise**: custom pricing, dedicated API capacity, cloud without a ceiling, data residency and a custom DPA, on request. - All plans are cancellable at any time. Usage is subject to the fair-use terms in the [Terms of Service](https://prysm.tools/legal/terms). ## 4. Documents **Eight templates.** For businesses: invoice, quote, credit note, delivery note. For individuals: rent receipt, accommodation certificate, cancellation letter, loan agreement. (The API covers the four business documents.) **The editor.** A form beside a live A4 preview that updates as you type. Seven numbered blocks: the document, issuer, billed to, line items, adjustments, payment, terms and notes. - Three built-in styles: Minimalist, Modern, Bold. Paper: A4 or US Letter. - Five document languages: English (UK and US formats), French, Spanish, German, Italian, the document can be in a different language from the interface. Dates and amounts follow each country's conventions. - Installable on a phone's home screen from the browser (a web app manifest: no app store), opening on the Cloud. - Eleven currencies: EUR, USD, CAD, GBP, CHF, RON, PLN, HUF, NOK, SEK, DKK. - Automatic totals: per-line VAT rates and discounts, global discounts and surcharges, deposits already received, withholding taxes (Spanish IRPF, Italian ritenuta d'acconto), a retention on building work (a percentage of the total the customer keeps as a guarantee: it lowers what is paid now, not the invoice), a second tax on the same base (Québec's QST beside the GST), balance due. - Each party's numbers are named as its own country names them (SIRET and VAT number in France, USt-IdNr. in Germany, NIF in Spain, EIN in the United States, BN and GST/HST number in Canada…), and so are the tax (VAT, IVA, MwSt., GST, sales tax) and, where the country has its own word, the title (a tax invoice in Australia when tax is charged, a factura rectificativa in Spain, a credit memo in the United States). - Legal mentions and VAT rules for the issuer's country (profiles for 34 countries plus generic EU and rest-of-world ones, including the French VAT exemption mention "art. 293 B du CGI"), the reverse charge, small-business regimes. - Credit notes reference the invoice they correct. Issued numbers are kept in a ledger that flags reused numbers and gaps. - Your logo, photos on line items (paid), a payment QR code, the Swiss QR-bill for Swiss businesses. - One-click prefill from saved company presets, an address book of clients and a product catalogue (Premium and up). - **Signatures**: the issuer draws their own signature on a pad (mouse, finger or pen) and it is printed in their box on quotes, delivery notes and the four documents for individuals, on every plan, free. It is kept as vector strokes, never as an uploaded image. **Custom templates (Cloud Pro and up).** Write HTML and CSS (grid, flexbox, web fonts) with Liquid variables, loops and filters; a studio shows the PDF live; templates can be used in the editor and through the API (`theme: "custom"` + `template_id`), up to 20 per workspace. Rendering is isolated. **PrysM Cloud (Cloud Pro and up).** Every document the editor, the API or an app saves, in folders, with a 24-hour History. - **Sorted by what it is and where it stands**: invoices, quotes, credit notes, delivery notes and the rest each in neutral chips; invoices paid, unpaid or overdue; quotes pending, accepted, declined or invoiced. An invoice can be marked paid by hand (its pay link then stops and the apps are told), a quote accepted or declined by hand. - **Recurring invoices**: any invoice made again every week, month, quarter or year, each one the next number of the business's series, dated that day with the same payment term, filed beside it and sent on like any new invoice (email, tax channel, accounting, webhooks); paused, resumed or stopped after a number of invoices. - **Reminders of unpaid invoices**: by hand from a document's menu, or automatically from the mailbox app that has them on (every 3 to 30 days after the due date, 1 to 5 reminders at most), politely worded in the invoice's language, the invoice attached and its open pay link offered. - **Quotes accepted online**: a quote gets an acceptance page (the same design as the pay page) where the customer reads the PDF and accepts it by drawing their signature, or declines it with a word. The signed quote is printed again with the signature in the customer's box and replaces the original in the cloud; the customer gets it from the business's own mailbox, the business is told by email and by the `quote.accepted` / `quote.declined` webhooks. The proof kept: the name typed, the strokes, the date, the IP address and browser, and fingerprints (SHA-256) of the PDF shown and of the PDF signed. This is a simple electronic signature under eIDAS, not a qualified one. Not available with the Single document unlock or Premium: the signed copy, its filing and the notices need the Cloud and the mailbox apps. - **A quote billed in parts**: a deposit invoice (a percentage or an amount of the quote, VAT rate by rate), progress invoices (each line billed as far as the work went, the deposits deducted pro rata, as building trades do), then the final invoice (what is left, the rest of the deposits deducted), each numbered in the business's invoice series and sent on like any invoice. Each invoice keeps what the quote said (its customer, its customer's own reference, its notes and terms, its currency, language and look) and cites it ("Following quote … of …"); the mentions the business's country wants on an invoice and the quote lacked are added (France: late payment penalties, the 40 € recovery fee, the early payment discount), and what else it would lack is shown before it is made. A deposit is due on receipt, the others thirty days on. The business chooses whether it is filed in the Cloud beside the quote, then downloads its PDF and its country's e-invoice file (FatturaPA, FA(3), RO e-Factura, XRechnung…) right away; it sees where the invoice goes next and can hold a step back. A Polish invoice goes through KSeF first, so its PDF carries the KSeF code. Deductions are lines of negative quantity, so the tax already invoiced is never invoiced twice. The deposit invoice is coded as one in the e-invoice files where the format has a code for it (386 in Factur-X and Peppol, TD02 in FatturaPA, an advance payment invoice in ebInterface, a ZAL invoice stating the order it advances in Poland's FA(3); ordinary elsewhere). In Poland the final invoice is a ROZ citing the KSeF number of each advance invoice; in Hungary, NAV is told which lines take an advance off. Progress and final invoices can keep a retention (building work's guarantee, a percentage of the total): printed after the total, it lowers what is paid now and its pay link, and the e-invoice states it in its notes. Before it is issued, the invoice can be opened in the editor to change anything and issued from there, the quote still recording it; a pay link can be made with it. In the editor, the quick title "Deposit invoice" codes an invoice the same way, and the retention is a field of every invoice. - **Reminders of quotes without an answer**: by hand from the quote's menu, or automatically from the mailbox app (every few days after the quote was emailed, a set number of times), each with the quote's acceptance link; never once the quote is answered, invoiced or past its validity. - Each of these counts like any operation: a recurring invoice is its render and its filing, then each app it goes to; a reminder is one email; a quote signed online is its new render and filing, then its email and webhooks. **Accounting export (Cloud Pro and up).** A period's invoices and credit notes filed in PrysM Cloud, in the format recommended for the workspace's compliance country: FEC (France: the sales journal, 18 columns), DATEV Buchungsstapel (Germany and Austria: SKR03 or SKR04, consultant and client numbers), SIE 4 (Sweden), Xero and QuickBooks Online imports (QuickBooks takes invoices only: credit notes are imported apart), Spain's libro registro de facturas expedidas (invoice types F1, F2, R1, R5; not sent to the AEAT) and Italy's registro IVA vendite (TD01, TD04) as spreadsheets; for everyone, a sales journal, an invoice list and a tax summary (VAT by rate and country, sales tax, GST/HST and QST apart), and a ZIP of the PDFs and e-invoice files, kept one day behind a signed link. - **What is in it**: amounts rate by rate, credit notes as negatives, what is still due after deposits, withholding (IRPF, ritenuta) and retention, the payment date and method the Cloud recorded, the numbers tax portals gave (KSeF, ANAF, NAV), every currency (a format that takes one currency leaves the others out and says how many). - **What is not**: invoices numbered but never saved to the Cloud (an editor download that was not filed) are not in it, and the export names them; quotes and delivery notes; bookkeeping, VAT returns. Each export is a snapshot of the period: importing the same period twice into accounting software books it twice. - **Limits**: 2,000 documents per file and a period of 13 months at most (DATEV: one year at a time); a ZIP of 300 documents and 150 MB at most; 20 exports an hour, 100 a day and 6 ZIPs a day per workspace. - **Cost**: each export uses the plan's monthly API requests, 1 per 100 documents read (1 per 25 for the ZIP, which reads every PDF), at least 1, counted before anything is read and given back when the export fails on PrysM's side. An allowance used up stops exports until it renews. - **To the accountant**: the month's files can be emailed in the first days of the next month from PrysM's own address (no mailbox app needed), the accountant's reply going to the member who set it up; each sending counts like a file export of the month. A new recipient is confirmed with the account's password or authenticator app, and the workspace's owner is told. On Business API and Scale the accountant can also be invited with the read-only Viewer role; Cloud Pro has a single seat. ## 5. E-invoicing and compliance **What PrysM produces** - **Factur-X / ZUGFeRD (EN 16931)** embedded in the PDF for businesses established in the EU, one hybrid file readable by people and machines. - **National XML formats**, by the issuer's country: Italy **FatturaPA** (SdI), Romania **RO e-Factura** (CIUS-RO, checked against ANAF's rules), Poland **FA(3)** for KSeF, Belgium **Peppol BIS Billing 3.0**; offered for download: Germany **XRechnung**, Austria **ebInterface**, Spain **Facturae** (with IRPF), Netherlands / Luxembourg / Norway / Sweden / Denmark **Peppol BIS 3.0**. - **Swiss QR-bill** for Swiss businesses; KSeF verification QR codes for Polish invoices. **How it is sent (connected apps, Cloud Pro and up)**, always through the business's own account, and PrysM charges nothing per invoice: - **France, accredited platform (plateforme agréée, PA)**: sends the Factur-X to the business's own PA through the standard AFNOR API (e.g. SUPER PDP, Iopole and other PAs). - **Peppol**: through the business's own Recommand access-point account (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Norway, Sweden, Denmark). - **Poland, KSeF**: directly, with the company's own KSeF token or certificate; each KSeF number kept (beta). - **Romania, ANAF RO e-Factura**: directly, with the company's own ANAF application and certificate (beta). - **Italy, SdI**: from the company's own PEC mailbox, receipts read back (beta). - **Hungary, NAV Online Számla**: invoice data reported with the company's own technical user (beta). - **Spain, VERI*FACTU** (in beta, not open yet: it opens once validated on the AEAT's external test portal and once PrysM's declaración responsable is published): built so that each invoice and credit note issued under the company's NIF gets its billing record before its PDF is made, chained by SHA-256 as the AEAT specifies, sent to the AEAT with the company's own certificate at the pace the AEAT sets, and its QR code printed at the top of the invoice with the words "VERI*FACTU"; records will not be counted against the plan's requests. Until then, Spanish invoices are made without VERI*FACTU records. **Said before it goes.** Under the compliance panel, the editor's "On export" panel lists where the document goes once its PDF is downloaded: the country's channel (only for an invoice or credit note the channel takes, once connected with automatic sending on, from Cloud Pro), the customer's email (the mailbox that sends that kind on its own), the accounting apps, Slack and the webhooks, each with why not when it will not run. A member allowed to operate the apps can hold a step back for that one document (an invoice already sent through the platform's own portal, a test); held back, the e-invoicing step warns that in clearance countries (Italy, Poland, Romania, Hungary) an invoice the tax portal has not received has no legal value, and between French or Belgian businesses it must go through the platform. Each step runs once per number; one held back runs at the number's next export. The server decides in the end. **What PrysM is not** (said plainly): PrysM Tools is **not** an accredited e-invoicing platform (PA/PDP) in France, **not** a Peppol access point and **not** an SdI intermediary. It writes compliant files and hands them to the platform or portal the business already uses. French businesses must still choose an accredited platform to *receive* invoices from 1 September 2026. ## 6. Payments - **Pay links**: an invoice gets a secure payment page; the customer pays by card through **Stripe** (Stripe Connect Standard: the money goes to the business's own Stripe account), with **PayPal** or with **Mollie** (iDEAL, Bancontact, cards…) using the business's own credentials. **PrysM takes 0% commission**; only the provider's own fees apply. - A **payment QR code** can be printed on the invoice. - Available with Premium and up, or with the €0.99 single-document unlock for that invoice. Any account can connect Stripe, PayPal or Mollie. - When a link is paid, the page confirms it by itself; the invoice marked paid can be emailed to the customer (Cloud Pro and up, with Gmail, Outlook or the business's own SMTP server) and filed in PrysM Cloud if the business switched that on. A paid link stops showing its invoice 72 hours after payment. - **Automatic documents** (Cloud Pro and up): an invoice for every Stripe, PayPal or Mollie payment and every paid Shopify or WooCommerce order, a credit note for every refund (Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Shopify, WooCommerce), a delivery note for every shop shipment when switched on (a Shopify fulfillment, a WooCommerce order completed), numbered, filed, emailed and transmitted like any other. ## 7. Connected apps | App | What it does | From | |---|---|---| | Stripe | Pay links on invoices; automatic invoices for every payment and credit notes for refunds | Pay links: Premium (or €0.99); automatic: Cloud Pro | | PayPal | Pay links; an invoice for every payment received; a credit note for every refund | Same as Stripe | | Mollie | Pay links (iDEAL, Bancontact, cards…); an invoice for every payment received; a credit note for every refund | Same as Stripe | | Shopify | An invoice for every paid order; a credit note for every refund; a delivery note for every fulfillment (if switched on) | Cloud Pro | | WooCommerce | An invoice for every paid order; a credit note for every refund; a delivery note for every completed order (if switched on) | Cloud Pro | | Gmail | Sends invoices, quotes (with their acceptance link), credit notes and delivery notes from the business's own Gmail address, and reminds unpaid invoices (send-only permission, never reads mail) | Cloud Pro | | Outlook | Sends invoices, quotes, credit notes and delivery notes from the business's own Outlook address, and reminds unpaid invoices | Cloud Pro | | SMTP | Sends documents from the business's own mail server (its host's, OVH, Ionos, Zoho, Infomaniak, Brevo, SendGrid…): SSL/TLS or STARTTLS, password encrypted and never shown again | Cloud Pro | | Odoo | Invoices and credit notes written into the business's Odoo accounting; quotes as quotations of Odoo's Sales app (if switched on) | Cloud Pro | | Pennylane | Invoices and credit notes sent to the business's Pennylane; quotes too (if switched on), marked accepted or declined when the customer answers online | Cloud Pro | | Slack | A message for every new invoice, quote, credit note and delivery note, every payment, every quote answered online and every e-invoice answer (each chosen) | Cloud Pro | | Zapier, Make, n8n | Workflows started by PrysM events (signed webhooks): invoices, quotes, credit notes and delivery notes issued, invoices paid, quotes accepted or declined, e-invoice answers | Cloud Pro | | Accredited platform (France) | Factur-X sent to the business's PA via the AFNOR API | Cloud Pro | | Peppol, KSeF, RO e-Factura, SdI, NAV | E-invoices transmitted with the business's own accounts | Cloud Pro | Mail apps send each document once per number automatically (if switched on, for the types ticked: invoices, credit notes, quotes, delivery notes; a quote the API files in the cloud goes with its online acceptance link), send any document of the cloud by hand ("Send via"), remind unpaid invoices and unanswered quotes on their own (if switched on: every few days after the due date, a set number of times), keep a sending log and can resend. An "invoice road" diagram shows, for a workspace, every app an invoice passes through, with a test that checks each connection without sending anything. In a team, each role decides who may **see** the apps, **operate** them (resend, test, refresh), **install and configure** them, and **create pay links**, set per role in the workspace's role editor. ## 8. API - **Endpoint**: `POST https://prysm.tools/api/v1/documents/generate` with a JSON body mirroring the editor's blocks: `document`, `sender`, `recipient`, `line_items`, `adjustments`, `payment`, `notes`, `output`. Types: `invoice`, `quote`, `credit_note`, `delivery_note`. Strict schema: an unknown field is a clear 422 error, never silently ignored. - **Output**: the PDF as base64 in the response, or stored in PrysM Cloud and returned as a signed URL (`output.format: "url"`, optional folder); the country's e-invoice XML where it applies. - **Documents in the cloud**, the same cloud as the web app's: `GET /documents` finds them (type, status paid / due / overdue for invoices, open / accepted / declined / converted for quotes, number, customer, issue dates, folder, History), `GET /documents/{id}` reads one (with `include=content`, the document in the request's own shape), `GET /documents/{id}/pdf` downloads it or signs a link, `POST /documents/{id}/send` emails it to the customer from Gmail, Outlook or the business's SMTP server, `POST /documents/{id}/pay-link` makes a Stripe / PayPal / Mollie pay link for an invoice, `POST /documents/{id}/mark-paid` records a payment made outside PrysM, `POST /documents/{id}/convert` turns a quote into its invoice (next number of the series, printed, filed, sent on to the connected apps), `DELETE /documents/{id}` moves it to History (restorable 24 hours with `POST /documents/{id}/restore`), `GET /folders` lists folders. Each checks the key holder's permission and costs one request (an email sent costs the email itself, one that does not leave costs nothing; a conversion costs its render and its filing). - **Invoice fields** beyond lines and parties: `deposit` (already received), `withholding` (IRPF, ritenuta d'acconto), `prepayment` (a deposit invoice, coded 386 or TD02 in the e-invoice), `retention` (building work's retention, up to 10 %), `second_tax` (Québec's QST on the same base), `corrects` (the invoice a credit note corrects). - **Authentication**: `Authorization: Bearer prysm_sk_…` API keys (per plan: Free 1, Premium 1, Cloud Pro 5, Business API 10, Scale 20), with optional scopes; keys follow the member's role and stop when the member leaves. - **Idempotent retries** with an `Idempotency-Key` header; rate limits and clear error codes. - **Webhooks** signed per the Standard Webhooks specification (events: document generated, stored, updated or deleted, invoice issued or paid, credit note issued, quote issued, delivery note issued, e-invoice accepted or rejected, quote accepted or declined online, usage thresholds, API keys); custom webhooks (headers, payload template, filters) on Scale. - **Custom templates** through the API (Cloud Pro and up). - Documentation with examples: https://prysm.tools/docs. ## 9. Teams, security and privacy - **Workspaces** with members (Business API: up to 5; Scale: up to 15), roles Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer and custom roles with fine-grained permissions (documents, cloud, folders, API, templates, apps, members, billing). - **Two-step sign-in**: authenticator app (TOTP) or emailed codes, recovery codes, the option to require it for the whole team, sessions re-checked regularly. - **Data in the European Union**: database, authentication and files in Frankfurt (Supabase, eu-central-1); app hosted on Vercel. Sub-processors listed publicly; GDPR Data Processing Agreement available. - Card details are typed into Stripe's own fields and never reach PrysM. Third-party secrets (API keys, OAuth tokens) are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used on the server only. - **Google APIs**: the optional Gmail app asks only for `gmail.send` (plus `openid` and `email`) and cannot read a mailbox; PrysM complies with the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and does not use Google APIs for AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (AI NCII), advertising, or AI model training. Details: https://prysm.tools/legal/google-api-disclosure. - **Analytics**: first-party, aggregate counters only, no third-party tracking scripts. - Accounts that break the rules can be suspended or banned; a banned account sees why, and nothing else. ## 10. What PrysM Tools does not do - It is **not an accounting suite**: no bank reconciliation, bookkeeping, VAT returns or payroll (it connects to Odoo and Pennylane for that, and exports FEC, DATEV, SIE 4, Xero and QuickBooks files for the accountant). - It is **not an accredited e-invoicing platform** (PA/PDP), **not a Peppol access point**, **not an SdI intermediary**: it prepares and transmits through the business's own accounts. - It is **not a CRM** and does not manage stock. - It does not take a cut of payments and does not hold customers' money: payments go straight to the business's own Stripe, PayPal or Mollie account. ## 11. Comparisons Figures below were read on each vendor's own pricing page on 2026-10-21 and are quoted as published (currency, VAT and billing period as shown; promotions named). They change over time: check the vendor's page. A tool marked * could not be read on that date; its price is left to the vendor's site. These tables compare published facts, not quality. ### 11.1 At a glance: where PrysM Tools sits Each cell names its examples, taken from the pricing pages listed in section 14. | | PrysM Tools | French invoicing apps | Accounting suites | PDF generation APIs | |---|---|---|---|---| | Free plan | Yes (watermarked PDF) | Henrri, Tiime, Indy, Abby: yes. One PrysM request = one operation (a document generated, a Cloud save, an email…), so the per-1,000 figure is the price of 1,000 operations. ## 12. Frequently asked questions **Is PrysM Tools free?** Yes: the editor, the eight templates, the five languages and the live preview are free, with a small watermark on exported PDFs. Paid plans start at €0.99 for a single document or €2.99/month for unlimited clean exports. **How do I remove the watermark?** Pay €0.99 for that one document, or subscribe to Premium (€2.99/month) or any higher plan. **Does PrysM Tools support Factur-X?** Yes. Invoices of businesses established in the EU embed a Factur-X (EN 16931) XML in the PDF automatically. **Is PrysM Tools a "plateforme agréée" (PA/PDP)?** No. It produces compliant Factur-X invoices and can send them to the accredited platform the business already uses, through the standard AFNOR API. To receive e-invoices, a French business needs an accredited platform. **Which countries' e-invoices does it support?** France (Factur-X, via your PA), Belgium and other Peppol countries (Peppol BIS 3.0), Italy (FatturaPA via SdI/PEC), Poland (FA(3), KSeF), Romania (RO e-Factura), Hungary (NAV reporting), Germany (XRechnung), Austria (ebInterface), Spain (Facturae), plus Factur-X for any EU business and the Swiss QR-bill. **Can I generate invoices with an API?** Yes, `POST /api/v1/documents/generate`. Every account can try it with 20 requests; Cloud Pro includes 10,000 requests/month, Business API 50,000, Scale 200,000. **Can I use my own design?** Yes, from Cloud Pro: custom HTML/CSS templates with Liquid, used in the editor and the API. **Does PrysM take a commission on payments?** No. Pay links run on your own Stripe, PayPal or Mollie account; PrysM takes 0%. **Where is my data stored?** In the European Union (Frankfurt). Sub-processors are listed at https://prysm.tools/legal/subprocessors. **Can my team work together?** Yes: workspaces with roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer, custom roles), up to 5 members on Business API and 15 on Scale; more on Enterprise. **Can PrysM send invoices from my own email address?** Yes, with the Gmail or Outlook app, or the SMTP app for any other mail server (Cloud Pro and up). They only send: PrysM cannot read your mailbox. **Can it replace my accounting software?** No, it produces and sends documents. It syncs them to Odoo and Pennylane. **Can I cancel anytime?** Yes, every subscription can be cancelled at any time. **Which languages is the site in?** English, French, Spanish, German and Italian. ## 13.
