# PrysM Tools

> PrysM Tools is an online document engine for businesses: create invoices, quotes, credit notes, delivery notes and personal documents (rent receipts, accommodation certificates, cancellation letters, loan agreements) in a live browser editor or from one REST API call, export them as print-ready PDFs and as compliant e-invoices (Factur-X and the national formats of Italy, Romania, Poland, Germany, Austria, Spain and the Peppol countries), store them in an EU-hosted cloud, get them paid through Stripe, PayPal or Mollie pay links with no commission, and send them on through connected apps (Gmail, Outlook, the business's own SMTP server, Shopify, WooCommerce, Odoo, Pennylane, Slack, Zapier, Make, n8n, accredited e-invoicing platforms and tax portals). Free to start; paid plans from €2.99/month.

- Eight document templates, three built-in styles, five document languages, A4 and US Letter, ten currencies, live A4 preview, automatic totals and VAT.
- E-invoicing: Factur-X (EN 16931) embedded in the PDF for EU businesses; FatturaPA, RO e-Factura (CIUS-RO), Polish FA(3) for KSeF, XRechnung, ebInterface, Facturae and Peppol BIS 3.0 by country; sent through the issuing business's own accredited platform or portal account. PrysM is not itself an accredited platform (PA/PDP) nor a Peppol access point.
- Payments: pay links and payment QR codes on invoices through the business's own Stripe, PayPal or Mollie account, PrysM takes 0% commission.
- Cloud (Cloud Pro and up): documents sorted by type and status (paid, unpaid, overdue; quotes pending, accepted, declined, invoiced), recurring invoices, automatic reminders of unpaid invoices from the business's own mailbox, and quotes accepted online by the customer's drawn signature. The issuer can sign their own documents in the editor on every plan.
- API: `POST /api/v1/documents/generate` turns JSON into a finished PDF (and e-invoice), with idempotent retries, webhooks and custom HTML/CSS + Liquid templates.
