PrysM Tools
PrysM Tools is an online app for businesses to create invoices, quotes, credit notes, delivery notes, rent receipts and agreements, export them as PDF files or e-invoices, and send them to their customers. It works in the browser at prysm.tools and through an API.
How PrysM Tools uses Google APIs
PrysM Tools offers an optional Gmail app. A user who connects their Google account lets PrysM Tools email the documents they create to their own customers, from their own Gmail address. It requests one Gmail permission only, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send (send email), plus openid and email to show which address is connected. It cannot read, search, change or delete any email. Tokens are encrypted, and the user can disconnect, which revokes the access at Google, in one click.
- PrysM Tools does not use Google APIs for AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (AI NCII). It does not create, help create or share such content, and it does not generate images or any other content with AI from Google user data.
- PrysM Tools does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
- PrysM Tools complies with the Google APIs Terms of Service.
- PrysM Tools’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

PrysM Tools est une application en ligne pour créer des factures, devis, avoirs et autres documents professionnels, les exporter en PDF ou en factures électroniques et les envoyer aux clients. Son application Gmail, facultative, ne fait qu’envoyer des e-mails (gmail.send) et ne lit jamais une boîte.
